On dort une ou deux heures de plus

D’année en année, toutes les études l’affirment : les Français dorment de moins en moins, au détriment de leur qualité de vie, de leur santé et de leur système immunitaire. Pendant le confinement, qu’on travaille ou qu’on ne travaille pas, on en profite pour régler sa dette de sommeil en dormant tous 1 ou 2 h de plus !
